Call for Workshops

The 31st IEEE International Conference on Network Protocols (ICNP 2023)
Reykjavik, Iceland, October 10-13, 2023  ICNP2023

ICNP, the IEEE International Conference on Network Protocols, is the premier conference covering all aspects of network protocol research, including design, analysis, specification, verification, implementation, and performance.

ICNP 2023 will host multiple one-day or half-day workshops in conjunction with the main conference, to be held in Reykjavík, Iceland between Oct. 10th - Oct. 13th, 2023. We invite you to submit workshop proposals on any topic related to the main ICNP conference. ICNP workshops should focus on emerging research areas as well as boosting interactions among participants and community building.

A workshop proposal for ICNP 2023 should contain at least the following information:

At least one organizer of each accepted workshop must be physically present during the event. Workshops are scheduled to take place on October 10th, 2023.

The organizers of accepted workshops are expected to setup and manage the workshop online presence (e.g., website, social media) and to disseminate the call for papers.

Operational guidelines for workshops

Please note that the paper submission deadline of workshops should be around the beginning of July and the camera-ready processing of conference papers, tentatively set as August 31st, must be met by all workshops as well. Also, the break times need to be the same across all parallel workshops.

The workshop paper lengths are limited to six pages in IEEE Computer Society format. All the accepted papers need to be presented at the workshop. They will be included in the workshop proceedings as well as IEEE Xplore.
