Main Conference
Main Conference registration
does not include access to workshops. To attend workshops in person or present a workshop paper,
please select the Workshop Registration option as required.
Authors of main conference papers, posters, and demos need to register for the Main Conference.
Main conference registration includes entry to the conference sessions, the conference reception and banquet,
coffee breaks and lunches, and access to published papers.
Should you require a visa letter, the instructions will be available during the registration process.

All authors must register by Sept. 4, 2023 including authors of main conference papers, workshop papers, posters, and demos.
For Authors of Regular Conference Papers
Authors are expected to present accepted papers at the conference, and at least one author is required to register, at the full, non-student rate, in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and the IEEE digital library.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register at the full, non-student conference rate (at either IEEE member or non-member rate); further, a registration can cover up to 3 papers.
For Authors of Workshop Papers
Authors are expected to present accepted papers at the workshop, and at least one author is required to register at the corresponding workshop.
Registration Modifications
Any modification to the registration should be addressed to (registration+ICNP@computer.org) with the subject "[ICNP23] Request for Modification of the Registration". See the Refund Policy for more details on modifications concerning the rates and/or registration items.
Refund Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to registration+ICNP@computer.org by October 1, 2023, 11:59 PM Eastern Time. There will be an administrative fee of US$100 for cancelled registrations and US$50 deducted for Workshop registrations from each cancellation. You may only cancel your registration before the cancellation deadline. Author registration is not refundable.
